薛建新老師創立了明心工坊，探索當代正念-慈悲干預的發展，以及古典禪修在當代社會的應用。他在當代正念和慈悲干預的應用方面頗有經驗，多年來持續帶領面向不同人群的正念與慈悲取向團體。他是MBCT和MSC認證教師，並且開創了基於慈悲焦點療法CFT的中文慈悲心智培育團體CMTG，也曾經擔任MBCT師資培訓師和督導師。近年來，他致力於發展適應華人需求的正念和慈悲取向團體，並深入探索古典正念與慈悲的修證。

Jianxin Xue founded MindAwake Lab，to explore the potential of Mindfulness and Compassion Based Programs(MBPs and CBPs), as well as the application of Classical Meditation and Wisdom in contemporary world.
He is certified MBCT teacher and MSC teacher, and also developed Compassion Mind Training Group (CMTG), based on Compassion focused therapy. He was MBCT teacher trainer and supervisor during 2018-2020.
In recent years, he is dedicating more time in developing new generation of MBPs and CBPs, and also in personal practice in traditional contemplative wisdom.
